Tornadoes and Storms
Tornado Warning: Take shelter immediately. A tornado warning means a tornado has actually been sighted or indicated on radar.
- Go to an interior hallway or room on the lowest floor of the building or to a designated shelter area.
- Stay away from windows to avoid flying debris.
- Avoid auditoriums, gymnasiums and other large rooms, if possible.
- If outdoors, move indoors immediately.
Tornado Watch: Conditions are favorable for the development of tornadoes.
- Be alert to worsening conditions and be prepared to take shelter.
Severe Thunderstorm: A storm that is characterized by high winds, thunder and dangerous lightning.

Evans-Kimmell Hall – First floor residents, to your restroom. Higher floors move down to first floor hallway and towards interior door.
Kalbfleisch Hall – First floor residents, to your restroom. Higher floors move down to first floor hallway and towards interior door.
Keene – First Floor Restrooms
Frank and Anne Oropeza Hall – First floor residents, to your restroom. Higher floors move down to first floor hallway and towards interior door.
Pierson Hall – First floor residents to the space between suites. Higher floors move down to first floor hallway, outside of the room number corresponding with your own.
Schaefer – Locker Rooms, Schaefer 016, Fitness Center locker room hallway, and Schaefer Center Restrooms.
Snyder – Lower Level rotunda hallway near art gallery
Summit Hall – Stairwells, lowest level
Summit Bistro and Cafe – Restrooms
Troder Hall – First Floor residents, in restroom. Higher floors move down to first floor hallway and away from windows.
Uytengsu – First Floor Restroom and rear office area near emergency exit.
Warrior Athletic Center – First floor restrooms and locker rooms
Warrior Fieldhouse – First floor restrooms
Warrior Park – Interior hallway or Classrooms if unlocked.
Yergens-Rogers Hall – First floor residents to restroom, Higher floors move down to first floor common area and close fire doors.
Zollner Engineering Center – Lower level restrooms and hallway
